Chicago's landmark hotel - known as the Hotel of Presidents for hosting 26 U.S. Presidents - remodeling sale had over 65,000 customers purchase 1000's of furnishings.  Over 1500 lamps, 400 color televisions, enough kitchen equipment to serve over 1200 people, 87 miles of carpeting, three bars, lobby furnishings, Paul Newman's pool table used in the "Color of Money," and Robert DiNero's brass and marble staircase from the "Untouchables," all went up for sale!  In total, over ONE MILLION ITEMS were SOLD IN THREE WEEKS!
