At our firm's expense, we will inspect and appraise all
furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) to be liquidated at a
property. After completion of our inspection, an itemized
inventory with the fair market value of each item will be
submitted for your review.
We offer
both onsite and offsite sales opportunities with an outright
purchase.
On-Site Sales:
Cash payment to owners
can be triple the amount versus offsite sales! Due to the high cost of
handling, labor and trucking, our objective is to minimize the
expenses by limiting the distance the furniture has to be moved
and handled. Therefore, we are able to pass the savings onto
the hotel property owner to achieve the highest dollar return
for their FF&E.
Our firm must warrant any hotel
liquidation sale by a hotel property having a minimum of 100
complete guestrooms.
We provide a hotel owner with
several options for each project that is tailored to the site
conditions and scheduling constraints, as listed below:

Hotel's Public Meeting Rooms: We will rent a meeting room,
upon availability, in conjunction with the remodeling
schedule.
- Tent
Sale: Our firm will rent a "showroom" tent to accommodate
the FF&E on the hotel's property.
Off-Site Sales:
There are two different
methods our firm can implement with off-site sales, as listed
below:

Local Store or Warehousing: We will rent a building in
close vicinity to the hotel. This building could be used
and shared mutually between your firm and ours for incoming
and outgoing FF&E.
- Export
and Import: Shipping can be coordinated through our overseas
transportation department worldwide!
Hotel liquidation projects beyond
our 500 mile parameters are serviced through our integrated
national sales department that coordinates a vast network of
bulk buyers for hotel FF&E throughout the world.
